Light Contemplation by Bjørn Strandenes

Bjørn Strandenes presents Light Contemplation, a series of oil paintings curated by Bjørn Follevåg.

Strandenes works with oil on canvas, applying more than 25 layers including marble powder, creating a visual language between figuration and abstraction. His black and white paintings are transformed by changing light, revealing colourful details within their layered surfaces.
