Fernando Montaño — Solo Exhibition
Fernando Montaño brings together performance, painting, sculpture and fashion design in an exhibition exploring the creative world behind his life on and beyond the stage.
Fernando Montaño is best known for his distinguished career as a Soloist with the Royal Ballet and as an internationally acclaimed Principal Guest Artist. He is also an Honoris Causa Doctor of the Arts from the University of Bath.
The exhibition offers audiences an opportunity to experience Montaño’s creative world through dance performance, paintings, sculptures and fashion design. Alongside these works, he shares a selection of deeply personal objects that have shaped his life journey, from his beginnings in Colombia to some of the world’s most prestigious stages.
A celebration of art, creativity, resilience and imagination, the exhibition brings together the different disciplines and experiences that have shaped Montaño’s practice.
